- Screening, Shortlisting and scheduling candidates from various job portals and source.
- Following up the candidates and conducting initial round of interviews
- Paper and scores checking of the candidates and arranging final managerial rounds.
- Sending offer letters, documentation and conducting joining formalities.
Skills Required :
- Must have minimum 1 year of experience
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a smart worker, dynamic and have an attitude to deal with extreme work pressure.
- Must be open to various work challenges.
